Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 3, 2026.
Overview
Pulseform is a suite of apps designed for education and training. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how our apps handle your data.
Data Collection
Pulseform does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers controlled by us. The app does not use analytics, tracking, advertising SDKs, or third-party data processors.
Data Stored on Your Device
The following data is stored locally on your device:
- Room history: Room names, PINs, and last-used vitals.
- Saved scenarios: Names, steps, and vital sign configurations.
- Favorite vital presets: Names and saved vital values.
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.
Network Communication
Pulseform communicates over the network solely to synchronize vital signs between devices in the same room:
- Local network: Used for device-to-device communication on the same Wi-Fi network. No data is sent to the internet.
- Remote server (WebSocket): When using remote rooms, vital sign data and room information are transmitted to a server for real-time synchronization between devices. This data is transient and is not permanently stored.
No personally identifiable information is required to use the app. Patient names, nurse names, and other fields entered in the app are simulated training data controlled entirely by you.
Third-Party Services
Pulseform does not integrate any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.
Children's Privacy
Pulseform does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this document.
